What Causes Itching Sensation On Penis?

I face a problem from last 3-4 months for itching in inner part of penis and same problem faced my wife too and my wife having some problem of luchorea(white liquid) .
from last 15 days I face pain while intyercourse and while urine in my penis and same with my wife too .in inner part I saw ulcer in my penis and my wife inner vagina too , kindly eloberate the reason of this disease and how we cab get rid of this and suggest way and please give detail regarding this disease

We both take that kit but my condition is normal but my wife condition is not so good, she face while urine, pain in inside vagina, ulcer in inside , pain in both legs , allergies on face, problem in also growth in hand and foot nails too, I already test of my wife blood sample found HIV 1- negative , HIV 2 - negative and pus cells is in range 8-10, rbc- no, etitihetial cell 6A, castes 1000, bacteria Z, urovilonogen - excess .
reaction pH -A, odour -M, blood glucose random 104,blood HB 10 gm, TLC 9000,100. DLC (N) 78% L 18% E0.3% B 0.0% M 7%. VDRL test non reactive
kindly suggest the way to get rid of that problem and tell in details why this occurs.

Hi, thank you for answer.
We can count this as genital infection as a sexually transmitted infection or STDs .
Sexually transmitted infection can be caused by bacteria, fungus, parasites or viruses.
Currently you are taking the leezole 3 kit. This contains antibacterial, antifungal and anti parasitic infection. This drug can cover up all the infections except viruses. So in my advice you should continue this drug under your doctors guidance.
Viral infection is not covered under this drug.
You should test yourself in the laboratory for herpes which is a common cause of genital ulcer it can help exclude this viral infections from you. HSV antibody testing can help you.
The laboratory test you have mentioned is normal except pus cells and casts. This are suggestive of urethritits. This is also a part of STDs.
As you know both the partner requires treatment in case of STDs. Sexual intercourse should be avoided during treatment period.
Ulcer in the genital area can cause leg pain, discomfort. I suggest you can take aceclofenac as and when required this is the analgesics.
Please maintain good local hygiene this will play important role in curing the STDs.
Please use cotton undergarments, avoid synthetic clothes.

As I already discuss regarding my wife problem she has some problem of white liquid discharge and odor problem in earlier months too but now she will be fine , tell u frankly we both did intercourse from after so many days due to some problems and now that intercourse intensity is increases , now we both are feel normal but last 15 days first I got infected then my wife, first I have an ulcer in my penis and it was really so painful but after a week I am normal but unfortunately my wife got infected by me and now she is in big trouble regarding leg pain , discomfortness, whole body pain badly.

kindly suggest can I continue your prescribed tablets for leg pain and herpes infection test may necessary or not ?kindly note drug name sporlac-ds and zovirax and some protein tablets for weakness is in drug list of my wife .
