Brief Answer:
Anti-hystaminic drug advised; a photo of skin rash is needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Feeling itchy and rashes on your skin is indicating possible allergy or hypersensitivity. It has nothing to do with TB.

Possible causes include:
- food allergy : especially when consumed new food/drink with any new preservative or coloring agent
- allergy to any medications you have started recently
- contact dermatitis if you started to use any new detergent
- insect bites
- scabies

Can you please send a photo of the rash on your skin, so I can have them analyzed and give a more precise answer.

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- take OTC anti-hystaminic medication like Benadryl or ketotifene
- if the itchiness won't go away, should go to ER for an immediate evaluation and treatment.

All the best!
