What Causes Itching Sensation All Over Body Post Unprotected Sex?
Question: Hi,
About 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex with this woman. Both vaginal and anal.
The next day had vaginal sex with her. At the time I was also on antibiotics and this past week I took my last pill. I started to noticed on Saturday night when I went to bed my entire body was itching and I could not sleep. The next day went to work with little itch but then that night again I had itches and it heated up so I used lotion and the itch went away. The itches come and goes and I get red marks and they come and go after 30 mins to an hour. Seems I have hives. The red marks are little bumpy and when I check an hour later they are gone.
I don't have any fever, I was alittle tired yesterday only because I had take sleeping pills instead of one had two and that made me really tired. Today I'm wide awake and okay but itches and the red bumps are coming and going. I'm trying to see if this is a symptom of HIV? I did double check and what I do have is hives.

I have gone through the photo and details.
It appears to be due to urticaria.it is due to allergies. It is not due to HIV.
It can be due to allery to food or any other substance or any infection in body or drug intake etc.
You can for now take antihistamines like cetrizine in morning and hydroxyzine (atarax) in night.
Usually it may subside .If this persists you need to get investigated for finding the cause of allergy.
Stop or replace if on any drug .

I have been taking antibiotics for 2 weeks straight, 2 pills a day and when I stopped this last week I think this may have been it.

It can be soaps and detergents also.you can maintain a diary of substances used or foods consumed to track the allergen if it persists.
