What Causes Itching On Penis Along With Brown Spots?

Question: I felt itching on my penis few days back I scratched it. few days back I saw a brown spot on my penis. There os no pain in it but I am worried about it. l have attached two image.
Kindly tell me what is this.

It's difficult to say if it'll disappear, rather it may remain as a discoloration.

I feel like it is releasing some skin I am not sure if you can see it in pic. Is it normal in this situation. I am not talking about tip side of the penis it is other side of the penis.In picture it is bottom side.
