Brief Answer:
Reassure your self

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings of the day

Looking at your history I am sure you are under lot of stress as itching in anal and perianal region is what we call pruritis ani and needs management with medicines and counseling

If there is no vaginal discharge and no mucus in stool and no local skin lesion you need to continue with Xysal and add an anxiolytic for a minimum of three to four weeks

This will help reduce itching and also hotness in palms and soles

Reduce smoking as hotness in soles can be because of effect of nicotine on your peripheral vessels

Hope this helps
