Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
From the details provided, it seems either you are having scabies( mite borne skin infection) or pediculosis corporis( body louse infection).
Though you may use tea tree oil baths for same, it would not yield complete cure or response. The worsening of itch doesn't point out that the disease is getting better, rather it could be due to irritation and dryness caused due to tea tree oil.
Use of permethrin 5 % would be treatment of choice for these two conditions. Permethrin should be applied neck downwards overnight and then next day take a bath. Sometimes repeat application of permethrin is required after a week for complete cure. To alleviate itching, use tablet levoceitrizine twice daily and apply steroid cream or lotion like mometasone. Also wash your clothes, towels, bedding etc and dry it to prevent recurrence.
Hope this helped.
Take care

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Clear pus merely depicts that some of the lesions are infected.
Scabies typically presents with night time itch and affects underarms, chest, abdomen, inner side of arms, wrist, inner side of thighs etc .The lesions are red itchy bumps that may eczematise to present as scaly lesions or may get infected to present as pus filled lesions.
Please upload few images of your lesions, so that I can confirm the diagnosis.
Regards
