I have relief. But still not 100%.

Why this happens ... and how to over come this.

I am not using deodrants after this condition. If I use deo it worsens more.

Brief Answer:
use both oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Tinea cruris. It is fungal infection of skin involving the body folds.
It is characterised by itchy hyperpigmented or red colored rash.
Various predisposing factors for fungal infection are Diabetes Mellitus, excess sweating, hot humid weather.
I will advise you to get your blood sugar levels done.
You have applied miconazole correctly which is an antifungal cream.
But this much would not be sufficient to cure the condition.
In such cases, I prefer to advise oral antifungals like fluconazole / terbinafine / itraconazole along with topical antifungals like clotrimazole/ miconazole/ sertraconazole.
Dusting powder specifically helps in such areas where sweat tends to accumulate.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Avoid scratching the area.
Wear loose cotton clothes.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Take care.
