Brief Answer:
ICP. SHE WOULD TAKE UDILIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

According to your information, it is suggestive of Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP), which commonly occurs in the third trimester.

Intense itching of palm and sole region is the HALLMARK of this condition. Her liver enzymes are elevated as per test report. Serum bile acid test should be done after 1 week to check the status.

UDILIV (Ursodeoxycholic Acid) is the DRUG of choice for the treatment of ICP. It should be taken with above recommended dose.

She would take healthy easy digestible balanced diet, drink more water/ Glucose -D, maintain personal hygiene properly and take adequate rest.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish her good health and well recovery.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
