What Causes Itching Feeling On Hands, Legs And Testicles?
Question: HI Dr. i am facing skin problem from last 5 years i had consulted so many doctors but yet i didnt get perfect solution.my problem is when i come home from outside i change my dress i get irritating itching on hand, legs n scrotum skin. it irritate so badly i cant control i was taking zylera tab n applied betnovate gm when more itching 1 tab in 4-5 days but zylera makes me sleep long n now these days if i take zylera i getting pimple like on my scrotum .it goes after 7-8 days with purse n small hole on place of pimple which get repaired in due course i m very tense plz help me to cure my itching problem

From the description you have provided,it looks like you have developed either a fungal infection over the scrotum or it is a chronic skin eczema called neurodermatitis.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.

Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed lesions of folliculitis over the scrotum .
Kindly stop application of Betnovate over the area .
keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily . You might a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Wear cotton undergarments so as to decrease sweating and prevent further friction.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
Since you also complain of associated itching,you might be having some underlying fungal infection ,so once the pid filled lesions heal completely,start application of clotrimazole cream over the groin region twice daily for the next two weeks .
