Question: Itchiness around the eyes and a small red rash under one eye. Can I use anti itch cream to relieve the itchiness and hydrocortisone for a few days?

Hydrocortisone which you have already used can be used again.
You can also add oral antiallergic tablets once a day.This will relieve your problem.
