Brief Answer:
These symptoms indicate allergic conjunctivitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr Dadapeer an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
These symptoms of itching, burning and red eyes indicate allergic conjunctivitis.
This requires treatment by the use of antiallergic eye drops.
I prefer to use antiallergic eye drops like olopatadine eye drops and artificial tears eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops for symptomatic relief.

The treatment is usually required for 2-3weeks.

Along with this you need to avoid exposure to dust, smoke and allergens.

Hope this answers your question.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards

Brief Answer:
It appears like allergic condition of the eye.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

Allergic conjunctivitis will not present with red eye like infective conjunctivitis or pink eye.
This tends to run a long course and lasts for 3-4 weeks or longer. It will present with mild dusky red congestion.
Since you are having other symptoms like sneezing, running nose.. suggestive of eye allergy this appears to be like allergic condition of the eye.

If possible do send me a photo of the eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope this answers your question.

Brief Answer:
Photo shows chronic conditions like allergic conjunctivitis or dry eyes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

I reviewed the photo attached with the question.

The photo shows redness of the eyes mainly in the corners and this can occur in case of chronic conjunctivitis like allergic conjunctivitis or angular conjunctivitis or in chronic dryness of eyes.

The treatment is mainly by the use of anti-allergic eye drops like olopatadine eye drops and artificial tears eye drops like Refresh tears eye drops for symptomatic relief.
This will take care of chronic conjunctivitis and dryness of eyes.
