Question: I am currently expierencing an irritation on my lower left penis shaft im sure its no std as ive been with my wife for 5 years. what can this be? It feels like a rash it somthing of that nature.

No was not followed be recent sexual activity as i have nit had sex in 2 weeks no itching no burning sensation no fever chills not a diabetic i am taking steroids for my back and muscle relxors i dont have any unusualy marks or bumps but a little red in the area that feels like a rash

Hi dear.Thanks for the prompt response.

Its due to bacterial infection especially due to lack of aeration.Definitely not thrush. I would treat you with topical antibiotic cream Fusiwal (Fusidic acid 2% cream) which is available over the counter twice daily for 5 days after bath.

Keep the area dry.

In the united states they dont offer that cream do you think a bacteabicin or neosporin will work?
