Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to allergy or dry eye.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This irritation and pain could be due to some kind of allergy or dry eye syndrome.

It does not seem to be bacterial or viral infection here as you do not have eye redness. However, it can be said surely only after the visual inspection of the eye.

At present,You can take Tab.Cetrizine 10 mg once daily with cromal eye drops (antiallergic) and Refresh eye drops (artificial tear) for 3 times daily instillation.

I expect you will get better within 2 days of this treatment and if not then consult nearby eye specialist to rule out any other abnormality.

It would be better to avoid alrex eye drops which is a corticosteroid eye drops or it must be taken only after consulting Opthalmologist.

Hope this will help you.

Regards,
