Detailed Answer:

Hello again,

Welcome back on HCM!

Nice to hear your blood pressure values are within normal ranges. Your antihypetrtensive therapy seems to be effective.

Regarding your irregular heart rate indicated by yuor device, it is important to confirm that statement by a careful physical examination and a resting ECG.

Also it is important to correlate with any underlying clinical symptomatology.

Do you feel palpitations (irregular and stronger heart beats), dizziness, weakness, blurred vision, etc. meanwhile?

If you are experiencing any of the above symptoms, I recommend to discuss with your attending cardiologist or internist for a possible ambulatory 24 hours ECG montoring (Holter).

But, from the other hand, if no complaints is present, after medical exam (and resting ECG) everything results normal, then nothing to worry about.

Just relax!

Please let me know how things are going on!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
