Brief Answer:
stress, over-exhaustion to be avoided.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The eye twitching and involuntary muscular motion of triceps can not have a single reason as the nerve supply is different.

The probable cause if over-exhaustion, stress, overwork with a particular muscle group- in your case you are doing push-ups, which is a direct action of the triceps muscles.

I would advise you to have the exercises in moderation - not to cause exhaustion
If possible to be done under the guidance of a trainer.

Take plenty of water orally and give a rest for few days to the push-ups.

Eye twitching again has no specific cause. IT is seen most of the times as a part of facial ticks and is mostly stress related. There is no specific treatment for this.
