Two days ago, I was dizzy upon waking up & experiences some watery diarrhea. I thought my body must be fighting something off & hopefully my daily probiotic would take care of it.

Yesterday, (Saturday), I felt a little wonky, not myself, but nothing serious to keep me from going out. I’ve been going to the bathroom with no problem (stools aren’t as solid as usual tho) & there’s no pain during urination although I’m going a little more frequently. The urine color is normal tho. Also, I eat pretty healthfully, lots of fiber, fruit & veggies.
I started experiencing the lower abdomen pain in the middle of the night last night, & it’s contibued through the day, sometimes being quite sharp. Feels like it’s in my Fallopian tube, much like a tough & heavy period (but no bleeding between periods.)

No nausea really...definitely bloating tho.

Brief Answer:
Looks to be entero-colitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The history is suggestive of entero-colitis.
Hence it would be better to get stool and blood tested, clinical evaluation and examination.
If there is an evidence of an intestinal infection then you may need a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection.
Continue probiotics.
Take antispasmodic for pain, Tylenol alone may not help.
Ultrasonography helps to rule out any problem related to ovary/cyst, Fallopian tube problems and urinary stones.

I hope this answer helps you. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
