What Causes Intermittent Light-headed Feeling?

Question: Having lightheadedness.

Feeling this for the last 12 hours or so, coming and going.

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Light headedness may be due to many causes like low blood pressure, migraine, cervical spondylosis, hypoglycaemia, vertigo associated.
Are you having any other features like vomiting, dizziness, ataxia, postural relationship, hearing abnormalities, fever, limb weakness, palpitation.
Are you on any medications?
Any stress, exertion or dehydration ?
Get investigated and blood pressure measurement.
For treatment you can take rest and plenty of fluids. Pain killers may be taken if associated with headache.

Not on any medications.
None of the symptoms, but what is ataxia?

Yes, under lots of stress.

Did have liver disease two years ago but have been healthy since.

Hello,
Ataxia is walking or using limbs in a clumsy way.
Stress may be one factor.
You need to get your blood pressure measured.
Take a pain killer and rest with fluids.
Regular medications or further evaluation may be required if new symptoms appears or progression.
Possibility of stroke to be kept in mind and prompt contact with a doctor required if you develop walking difficulty, facial deviation, speech changes, swallowing difficulty.
The chances are less in your case at present time but be vigilant.
