Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone Cystoscopic Biopsy of the bladder 3 weeks back and have slight bleeding off and on.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What was the pathology suspected to be for which biopsy was taken?
2) Are you taking any blood thinners like Aspirin?
3) Do you have any other urinary symptoms ?

The bleeding that you have is from the sites of biopsy and it stops of its own over a period of time without any active intervention
.
Since your biopsy has turned out to be negative you need not worry at all.

Continue taking more water .This will help to keep your urine dilute .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

I have had in situ bladder cancer a few years ago. Later scraping showed no malignant cells. After a recent cystodcopy, urine cytology showed some suspicious cells. The recent biopsy procedure were all negstive. I am off baby aspirin since pret op.. my urologist also said not to worry about the bleeding but it is frustrsting. Can vitamin K help or can it be dangerous
For clot formation?
