What Causes Intense Itching In The Scrotal Sac?

Question: Hi I am suffering high itching on the scrotal sac and bottom of the penile region.
I suppose this to be the jock itch.
I have already tried using itch guard and castor-NF but the relief is temporary.
Please suggest something by which i can get relieve early

Thank you.
I have reviewed the image. This is scrotal LSC (Lichen Simplex Chronicus). Not fungal infection.
I suggest you yo apply momate - f cream, 2x daily for 2 weeks and then follow up.. In addition you may tske a tabley of levocetrizine (teczine 5 mg), once daily in evening for symptomatic relief from itching.
