Brief Answer:
better take some SOS sleep medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Halthcaremagic again.

As we discussed last week the effect of lexotan goes away in a short period and it is possible that now you are experiencing insomnia due to causes other than lexotan withdrawal.

Since it is already one week with struggle to sleep I feel thereis need to take some sedative medication on need basis which do not cause dependencelike lexotan. One of such medication is Ambien which can be taken either 10 mg or 12.5 mg (sustained release preparation).

I understand your main concern is insomnia after discontinuation of lexotan and need to address it at first place.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me for further clarification and assistance.
Thanks again.
