Brief Answer:
Insomnia symptoms need management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Insomnia symptoms if due to withdrawal of lexapro only then should not last for more than a week. However insomnia is affected by multiple factors from lifestyle, stress factors, routine factors and other body factors. You will need to talk to a psychiatrist or a sleep disorder specilaist and let them help you relieve the insomnia symptoms.

Adapting good sleep habits, following a routine religiously, cognitive behavioural therapies, relaxation techniques, sleep restriction and remaining passively awake and light therapy are some of the measures you can try at home to fight insomnia. Avoid or limit caffeine and alcohol, use your bedroom for only sleep or sex, keep the environment sleep friendly like calm, remove clocks from your bed room, don't lie in bed when not sleeping.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
