Detailed Answer:
Hello Francis,

Welcome to the forum and thanks a lot for uploading all the details along with complete history of your sexual exposure as well series of illness after that.

I have analyzed all the reports with complete diligence and after thoroughly correlating with your history let me again reassure you that you do not have any type of sexually transmitted infection and none of your symptoms are related to any sexually transmitted infection or HIV too.

So first and foremost just relax yourself and get yourself out of the aura of possible sexually transmitted infections.

First of all think normal about yourself and your reports are the best proof for your normal status.

Regarding the present illness of bump around anus - it is quite usual to find infection and inflammation of the hair root at the anal opening which can give bumpy appearance or it can be external hemorrhoids too which can get inflamed. SO do not correlate this part of problem with your previous sexual exposure.

For the part of problem around head of penis I already guided you for the same. An importation thing to mention is that I am not able to find your blood sugar report in any of these reports.

If you have not gone for your blood sugar in previous of the tests then I suggest you to go for Blood sugar fasting, Post prandial and Glycated Hemoglobin (HbA1C).

This is quite important test at the age of 44 years and we must rule out high blood sugar in yourself. Even in some of the cases I find that the blood sugar is normal then also later on these cases have propensity of rise in blood sugar at later age.

So I finally reassure you about your simple condition. You can take pain killer tablet along with antibiotics to reduce the inflammation at anal site and therefore the part of tenderness around it.

Forget the previous episode of February as past and do not give it a second thought.

I hope these information will relax you completely. I will be glad to answer any further of your queries or if not then can close the discussion and rate the answer.

Wish you good health.
