What Causes Inflammation And Irritation On Foreskin Of Penis Post Unprotected Sex?

default
Posted on Wed, 18 Mar 2015
Question: Hello, over a month ago i had unprotected sex with a woman i recently met and noticed inflammation and irritation on the foreskin on my penis. I noticed that it burned and itched over the next few days. I did get tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea 2 weeks after exposure and the results came back negative. After the 3rd week i noticed it did have a fishy odor but that went away for a few days. My rectum has also been burning, i dont know if the infection has spread there or if that is even possible that it could (i am a straight male and i never had anything inserted in my rectum). Its been over a month and the irritation is still there. Skin around the head of my penis gets really dry after masterbation. Im wondering if i contacted a yeast infection, thrush or some kind of bacterial infection from my sexual exposure. Would it be appropriate to post an image of my penis to show you so you can give a better diagnosis? What should i do and which kind of doctor should i see?
