Brief Answer:
Things are fine. You need not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details and things seem fine to me. It is normal for a baby of this age to be sleeping 20 hours a day and getting up only for feeding. It is also acceptable for the baby to be awake at erratic hours as well as to sleep during the day. 10-15 mins of feeding is fine. 2-3 hours between the feeds is acceptable. Use breasts alternately. The adequacy of feeds would be indicated by the frequency of passage of urine. If the child passes urine more than 6 times over a period of 24 hours, it is normal, else, the child needs to be fed more. The frequency of passage of stool can be 10 times a day or once in 10 days, both are absolutely normal.

I do not think that there is anything to worry about. Just continue breast feeding exclusively upto 6 months of age and things should be fine.
