Brief Answer:
Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
You clearly have a permanently under active thyroid condition called 'Hypothyroidism'. This requires lifelong thyroid hormone replacement with a medication called levo thyroxine. Synthroid is one brand name of this medicine.
Treatment guidelines by thyroid experts have repeatedly emphasized that armour thyroid is not safe to use for the treatment of this condition.
Levo thyroxine alone is typically sufficient.
So I suggest you see an endocrinologist in person who will likely stop the Armor and give you an appropriate dose of levo thyroxine to start with. This dose will be determined based upon a comprehensive in-person assessment, and further dose adjustments will be made on the basis of the TSH (and Free T40 blood tests results over the course of the next few months.
