As im having GERD, Iam taking Kool-it and acilfate syrup in the morning before breakfast and rekool 20mg and acilfate syrup in night before dinner.
What will be the side effects
I'm feeling increased heartrate , nervousness.sometimes headache. Wether these are due to medicines.kindly clarify

Read and understood that you are taking Kool-it a combination of Rabeprazole and Itopride in the morning and Rekool 20 means Rabeprazole and Acilphate Syp, for GERD.
You are feeling increased heart rate, nervousness, sometimes headache.
Out of all the medicines you are taking Rabeprazole is known to have these symptoms as side effects.
I would advise you the following:
Stop Kool-it and Rekool immediately and report back to your treating Doctor for alternative medicines if he thinks this is what is causing the new symptoms.
Well, anxiety and stress, the causative agents of GERD can also enhance the cardiac symptoms and I always like to add something for this. These being prescription based medicines , please discuss with your Doctor and request him to add something for this too.
And at the same time get your cardiac check-up also done to rule out any primary pathology.
