Brief Answer:
Urgent neurological examination/Nerve conduction studies/MRI

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.

I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have examined you for the following signs-
1)Are you having any facial asymmetry?
2)Do you have pain in the hand?
3)Do you have tingling or numbness in the affected hand?

I would have examined your sensations and reflexes. Depending on physical examination, following investigations may have helped-

1)Nerve conduction studies including brachial plexus study
2)MRI cervical spine
3)MRI Brain

Sincerely speaking, I think you should visit a neurologist urgently and get physically examined and investigated. Early treatment will improve your outcome.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have some follow up questions,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.

Hi XXXXXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I feel regret to know that you can't attend a neurologist until March 30th.In that case,I would definitely advise you to visit an ER and undergo physical examination by an expert physician. Please discuss the possibilities regarding getting the above mentioned investigations done in order to make urgent diagnosis.
