What Causes Immediate Penile Incision After Sexual Intercourse?
Question: I have not been sexually active in two years and had sexual intercourse with spouse and received cut in crease of the head of penis immediately after sexual intercourse. This has happen twice after not having intercourse for more than a year. What causes immediate penile incision after sexual intercourse?

It may be due to friction or dryness or fungal infection. Check whether spouse has dryness or white discharge.

If dryness/ friction you can use lubricants during inter course.
If white discharge present or itching it may be fungal infection. Clean area with warm water.
I would have advised topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole.
