Brief Answer:
Gastrointestinal infection to manage as following

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

Your recent symptoms of:

- diarrhea
- indigestion
- terrible stomach pain and gas

are not related to gabapentin use.

They are indicating GI tract infection, most probably viral or Candida overgrowth.

As this has been going on for 1 week now, it's time to get your stool tested through:
- stool analysis
- examination of feces for ova/parasites
- culture of stool for pathological bacteria or Candida overgrowth

Until you see your doctor and get the tests done, I advise to:
- keep well hydrated
- drink plenty of plain water and ORS
- take tasectan or pepto bismol for diarrhea
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora

Once you will have the tests reports, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Wish fast recovery.
