Question: I have recently been prescribed Plavix following heavy sweating episodes with rushes of blood to the head this seems to have made these episodes more frequent . I've had a brain scan and carotid arteries tested but nothing significant showed up. Any ideas?

Brief Answer:
Fluctiation in blood pressure or blood sugar could cause the symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details and understand your concerns. A couple of possibilities could be responsible for the problems that you are facing:
* Raised or fluctuating blood pressure
* Fluctuations (reduction) in blood sugar levels

It is hard to comment without a thorough clinical evaluation but you should get your blood pressure checked on at least 3 different occasions. I would not have anything abnormal in the CT Scan.

Regards
