Brief Answer:
Combined care is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history.

For me to help you more I would be requesting you to provide me some more information:

Is Diabetes under control ? Are you on Insulin or oral tablets?
Since when have you got this hole in the bottom of the foot? What is the size ?
Is there any pus / redness / loss of sensation or so?

Since you are a known diabetic and you have a hole in the bottom of the foot, this is called a ''diabetic foot''

I would advise you the following:
First of all stop using any ointments as they may have a growth of more serious infections under it and things can become worst.
You may please apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally 4 times daily.
You need to be under an antibiotic cover and have supplementary multi-vitamins as anti-oxidants.
If the pus is present - to send this for gram staining, culture and sensitivity tests.
Get the blood tested for CBC (for infection), kidney function tests, Blood glucose monitoring
Urine routine and microscopy, urine sugar monitoring.
X-ray of the foot for bones to rule out osteomyelitis, if this is long standing.

Regular review by Physician for diabetes and associated medical problem and Surgeon dealing with Diabetic Foot for care of the wound, excision of dead tissues, debridement and all.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper guideline to get a healing possible.
