What Causes Hoarseness, Chest Irritation And Green Throat Mucus After Inhaling Marble Dust?

Question: Hi there. I am writing regarding an airborne exposure question. I just had some workers come to try to sand down a marble table top in our home. The worker sanded it down a little while I watched. He then determined it wasn't actually made of marble, but a marble synthetic of fiberglass, plastic, and formica. I believe we inhaled some of these particles for about a minute while it was being sanded. About an hour later, I'm quite horse, irritated chest, and coughing up occasional green phlegm. Is this cause for any serious health concerns? Or will this subside soon? Please let me know if I need to get medical attention.

Brief Answer:
Irritant effect

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand tote concerns. it seems that you are suffering from irritation of the mucus lining of your respiratory tract .. this is temporary effect of the dust that will resolve on its own within a week .. however to easen the symptoms you should take an antihistaminic as citrizine once daily before going to bed an anti inflammatory as declofenac once daily . I hope I answered your question
