Brief Answer:
You are not having HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,

I have gone through your history and understand your concern about HIV. As your p24/AB combo test are negative after 22 days of possible exposure,You are not having HIV.

This tests can detect HIV virus as early as 10 days. This test will reduce the incubation period to less than 10 days.

As you have undergone CBC and the report are suggestive of some infection. Reactive lymph nodes mean lymph node is showing some infection. Biopsy of the lymph node will help us to know the other cause of lymph node enlargement

So you need not to worry about HIV infection, it may be some other infection I would suggest you to undergo lymph node biopsy to rule out the reason for lymph node enlargement.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Antibiotic like control infection and reduce WBC

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to Healthcare Magic,

The aforementioned medications will help to control infection, fever and the soar throat. In fact antibiotics will control the infection and it will help to reduce the marginally raised WBC count.

Raised WBC count may be a sign of some infection, so antibiotic will help to bring down the raised WBC count.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
No, These medicine has got no role on viral load

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back to Healthcare Magic,

The aforementioned medications will help to control infection leading to fever and the soar throat and these medicines has got no role on the HIV viral load.

NAAT can detect virus in three days of infection. You are free of HIV.

P24 Combo test to detect P24 antigen of HIV as early as 10 days of possible exposure and detects antigen against HIV 1 and 2.

As it is non reactive it is conclusive that you are not having HIV infection. Just relax you are perfectly alright.
Thank you.
