Hello and welcome,

If you feel a pressure sensation in your chest, then you should go to the ER now.

Otherwise, can you describe your symptoms in more detail?
Are you also having any nausea, sweating, or shortness of breath?
Do you have any cardiac history other than high blood pressure?
Do your chest symptoms change with change of position?
Do you have acid reflux?
What were you doing before this sensation started?
How long have you had this symptom?

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be caused by your heart.

Detailed Answer:
Given that your symptoms change with change of position, it is unlikely to be caused by problems with your heart. It is more likely to be neuromuscular.

It may be due to a sleep position, particularly since you noticed it when you woke up. It may also be due to a physical activity that set it off.

If it persists or worsens, go see your doctor who can examine the area. But it may resolve on it's own with rest.

I hope this information helps.
