Brief Answer:
Ezinapi Or Rashfree cream will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query

The infants up to the age of 4-5 months are prone to the rashes in neck. This is due to continuous friction between the wet skin folds of neck. It is more common in hot and humid environment.
The main aim of management is to keep the are clean and dry. Maintain the temperature of room around 27-30 degree Celsius. The clothing of baby should be loose, thin and made of cotton.Use mild baby soap for bathing the baby.Instead of rubbing make the area dry by gentle tapping with the help of wipes(Johnsons wipes) to prevent the skin injury. Apply Ezinapi or Rashfree ointment over the affected area. These cream contains zinc oxide which avoid irritation due to frictions and also helps in regeneration of skin.

These wet areas of infant are prone to fungal infection. The fungal rashes have a different character and can be diagnosed by clinical examination. The fungal rashes need application of antifungal cream.

I would suggest you to get him evaluated by a pediatrician to rule out the fungal dermatitis. If it is non fungal dermatitis the measures mentioned above will provide relief.(In fungal dermatitis antifungal cream will also be needed)
I hope this answers your query.
If you have any more doubt I shall be glad to sort it out.

Brief Answer:
Sure you can go for the trip

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

Use a car seat with better head support. If your car seat does not have a head support you can get it from the market. Make adequate arrangement for feeding. Take some first aid medicines like antiemetic (domstal drops) with you. Dripping saliva is common in this age. Proper head support will help in decreasing the drooling to some extent.

Wish you a happy journey
