Brief Answer:
UGIE and Scrotal doppler needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have a dual set of issues -one related to gut and second related to the genitourinary tract.

These need to be evaluated separatly.

For the Gut related discomfort, possibility of GERD(acid reflux disease is high). This needs an early upper GI endoscopy.

Pertaining to spermatorrhea, there is a frequent association of digestive system dysfunction as in your case.

This condition can sometimes caused by an associated urinary tract infection or excessive masturbation or sexual participation.

If not treated in time, it becomes incurable. With the aggravation of the disease, the semen gets thinner and the genitals becomes lax and the person fails to satisfy his partner sexually.

Constipation, Gen weakness, hair loss are usually associated with spermatorrhea.

Before ruling in psychological factors, I advise you to get a Scrotal Ultrasound doppler and pelvic ultrasound to rule out organic pathology related to testis and prostate.

I also recommend complete urine examination with culture and sensitivity reports.

Further management is based on test results.

Update me with test results.

Is there any recent sexul exposure? Please provide answers in your follow up query.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Relevant medications suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

For the above symptoms, I generally recommend oral tablets of Nexprofast for 21 days for the GI symptoms. For burning micturition, antibiotics like Norfloxacin is helpful when taken for 5 days. Please note antibiotics have to be taken only after giving the urine sample for analysis. Please check with your doctor if he can prescribe the above drugs to you.

For prevention of long-term complications of spermatorrhea, I recommend CoQ forte and Vital M 40 for 3-6 months. These drugs will improve vitality. Please check with your physician if he can prescribe the same to you.

Post your further queries if any.

Update me with test reports.

Thank you.
