Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX!
I warmly Welcome you!

Thanks for consulting me at virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

The symptoms you described are seen in patients with acute infection of the throat ( Acute Pharyngitis). You may also consult a physician for prescription of drugs I am going to recommend you. He will also have the benefit of doing your physical examination that will reinforce my decision.

I usually suggest taking Amoxicillin 500mg per oral twice daily for 7 days. Plus, Ibuprofen 800mg twice daily for 5days. Plus, Tablet Claritin per oral once at night for 5days.
Apply somogel on mouth and tongue sores. Please do gargles with Listerine twice daily. It will soothe your mouth.

Your ear infection is due to the advancement of the infection from throat via the eustachian tube. It should resolve with resolution of the pharynx infection. But if it doesn't go away, you may use Ciprofloxacin ear drops twice daily for 7days.

Are you diabetic? If no, please go for testing fasting blood sugar levels, and on next visit consult your doctor to screen you for diabetes.

If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile. You can also attach Lab reports and pictures with direct question.

May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback and five star rating, to help me assist you in a better way. Please, write a review about your experience with me.

Regards!
