Brief Answer:
Should rule out spikes in blood pressure first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and can say as following:

Your case:
- male 42 years old
- symptoms: headaches, constant ringing in ears
- meds taking: valsartan/amlodipine for high blood pressure

Oscillations in blood pressure (bp) especially when spike are also associated with symptoms you are experiencing (headache and ringing ears with dizzy spells).

I advise to;
- monitor your bp daily, and record the results
- take high bp med as prescribed
- reduce salt intake
- increase fluids intake
- avoid quick movements of the head (especially when turning on sides or getting up and down)

If still no improvement, I advise to:
- get a complete ENT examination
- get your electrolytes checked
- a complete blood count is advised to rule out anemia

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have further queries.
