What Causes Headache When Diagnosed With Sinus Arrhythmia?

Question: My children got electrocuted by 110 v last not for approx 30 sec on her upper chest and left arm. Went to er last night. She was sinus arrythmic and still is today. She also has on and off headaches and numbness on the left side since the event. These symptoms have not resolved yet. Do i take her back to er or wait longer?
