Brief Answer:
Sleep apnea a strong possibility.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Sleep apnea is a possible explanation about your morning headache.

Impaired oxygen supply to brain that is related to sleep apnea may cause your symptoms.

Migraine headaches also often occur in the early morning.

In my opinion, you should talk to your Doctor about getting evaluated about sleep apnea.

Sleep study may be necessary.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
