Brief Answer:
fluids , rest, anti histamine, decongestant, cough suppressant

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms are likely due to a viral infection either the common cold or the flu.

The flu is usually associated with more severe symptoms such as muscle or joint pain, severe fatigue, high temps.
It is possible that your symptoms may worsen but at this point the cold is more likely based on the above.

There is no med that can get rid of the cold unfortunately but there are meds that may help to reduce the symtoms.
Treatment:m(a) fluid and rest are very important
(b)topical solutions such as covonia throat spray, chloroseptic throat spray/gargle or diflam may help

Covonia and chloroseptic contain an pain reliever and antiseptic. These are over the counter meds

(c)continue tylenol to help with the headache or ibuprofen if there is no relief

(d)anti histamine decongestant cough and cold meds would help with the runny nose eg benadryl d, advil cold and sinus, tylenol flu

If you opt for the advil cold/sinus or the tylenol flu, you would need to discontinue the separate advil or tylenol

Choose a over counter variety that also has a cough suppressant to help with the cough

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
