Question: Hi, I have been having headache for last 2 days intermittently on the left hand side.
I am not sure if this is a migraine issue.

You can take paracetamol 500mg along with Domperidone 30mg for symptomatic relief.
Migraine headaches can be triggered by lack of sleep, physical and emotional stress, milk products.

You should also monitor your blood pressure and get your vision tested.
