Question: hey i was just wondering what is wrong i get really bad head aches almost everyday and then i feel like im going to spew but also when i get the head aches bad enough my nose starts bleeding and i dont know why

Hello,
Headache at this age is usually primary and commonly migraine or tension type headache .
Migraine headache is usually unilateral , throbbing nature. associated with nausea , vomiting, photophobia , photophobia.
The headache peaks in few hours and remains for few hours to less than 3 days.
Tension type headache is bilateral without other features as described above and is bursting in character .
Bleeding from nose is atypical for primary headache and should be evaluated by ENT specialist regarding some local site abnormalities or raised blood pressure.
You should provide some more details about your headache like duration,onset , character, site, aggravating and relieving factors.
