Question: i just noticed a tiny hard lump, on the upper left side of my nose insiide the skin close to the eye lid what couldit it be

Is it painful?
How long is this there?
Is it increasing in size?
Is it at the edge of eye lid?
Can you attach a photo?
At the outset it looks meibomian gland, called stye. i would like be sure after photo.
Hot water compression six times a day and ibuprofen would take care.

It is not on the Eyelid, it is on left side upper of nose. I cant take a picture is not noticeable, only I feel it when I press hard. but don't know what it is . Again it is not on the eyelid nor eye is on the left upper side of the nose

Hi,
What about pain?
What about on the other side ie right upper side of the nose.
That is the nasolacrimal gland from which the tears come out. If there is visible swelling or no pain it is normal.
If you have visible lump or pain it could be inflammed and very common as well.
