Brief Answer:
PET scan and biopsy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Since you are having a hard line on your left and also have lump on your right chest and you have a smoking history I would advise you to do a PET scan to rule out space occupying lesions.
If any space occupying lesion is found in the scan then biopsy must be done from it to rule out malignancy.

Brief Answer:
It may be infections and inflammation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
You do not need to worry at this moment.
I suggested investigation to rule out malignancy and to allay your fears since you would like to know whether it is kind of malignancy or not.
Sometimes lumps can also be caused by infections and inflammation. but with out clinical examination and investigations we can not reach to diagnosis. First you visit your doctor to rule out inflammation if it yes, then A course of 1 week of antibiotic will resolve the lump. If it will not resolve then go for investigations.

Brief Answer:
clinical examination and investigations
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Lumps caused by infection, inflammation or trauma are usually temporary and subside as the underlying condition resolves.
Lumps that persist or continue to grow over time may signal more serious conditions such as tumors.
If you already had antibiotics then you need to go for biopsy of lump.
Even I want to say nothing but without clinical examination I can not confirm it. Once you done with tests then let me know. I hope nothing will be serious.
Without clinical examination and investigations we can not reach to diagnosis.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Brief Answer:
Confirmatory test
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am happy to hear that you had 2 lumps removed last night.
As you already had lumps removed years ago and 2 lumps removed last night and lumps look same with same consistency i do not think they will turn out to be cancer.
You will have to wait for the biopsy report as it is the confirmatory test to rule out malignancy.
If you have no more clarification then please rate the answer and close the thread.
