Brief Answer:
Hypothyroidism + IRON + Mineral deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your question. Hair loss is a feature of hypothyroidism rather than a side effect of thyroid hormone preparations ( including nature thyroid). In most patients, hair loss will stop once thyroid hormone levels normalise. This might take 2-3 months after normalisation of hormone levels. However, if the hair loss and nail changes continue to happen, then we need to look at other causes beyond thyroid problems. Iron deficiency and trace mineral deficiencies are quite common in people with hypothyoidism. Kindly tests your CBC to look for iron deficieny and if yes, start using iron in therapeutic dose after meeting your doctor as well as mineral supplements( example: Centrum capsules). Another important reason for hair fall is anxiety/stress.
