Brief Answer:
Greyish spot

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
I saw the photograph uploaded by you. It looks like an early seborrhoeic keratosis. This lesion does not require any treatment. It is not an infection and won't cause any harm. If you are still bothered about it and want to remove it , it can be removed by electrocautery or radiofrequency ablation or laser ablation for which you need to approach a dermatologist.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
