Brief Answer:
4 week course of proton pump inhibitor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would need clarifications on a few issues.
Do your problems increase after consumption of milk or dairy products?
Do you smoke?
Do you drink alcohol if yes how much and how frequently?
Have you lost or gained weight?
If the answer to all of the above is no
I would advise you to star on a proton pump inhibitor for a period of four weeks. Consult your doctor for a prescription
Avoid dairy products( for the time being) beans, cabbage , carbonated beverages and limit tea or coffee to 2 or less cups.
Do get back in case of further queries
