Brief Answer:
Could be due Combined effect of Diabetes and Enlarged prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback

The frequency for urination ,urge to pass urine ,with pressure in abdomen could be mostly due to combined effect of Diabetes with Enlarged Prostate which is common after the age 50 years .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis with specific mention of post void urine residue .
3) Serum PSA.
4) Uroflowmetry.
5) Blood sugar estimation to see status of diabetes whether under control or not?
6) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy) if required

In the mean while start taking medicines like Tomsulosin and Dutasteride once daily.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
