Brief Answer:
Further tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. your symptoms may indicate several problems.
This may not be just prostate infection but also prostate hyperplasia or urethral stricture,in this case antibiotics won't be of help. so I think that further tests should be done to rule out possible disorders. it includes prostate ultrasound and cystoscopy at least. it will reveal possible cause of urine flow obstruction which can be at level of urethra, bladder or prostate and considering results, treatment can be planned.
. Wish you good health. Regards
